Pain comes from many sources. It could be an injury, post surgery pain or pain that you are completely unaware how it happened. Sometime sleeping the wrong way for a night can create pain. Whatever your pain source may be, addressing it as soon as possible can be the difference between relief or developing a chronic condition.
Manual massage therapy comes in different ways and is addressed according to your specific injury. I use several techniques in my practice such as trigger point, nueromuscular therapy, movement therapy, Active Release Therapy, positional release, cupping and deep tissue.
