Active Release $75 30 minutes
Active Release is a hands on technique to increase mobility and release scar tissue and adhesions that can develop from injury and overuse. and is usually done clothed. This is not massage. This may be used for carpal tunnel, knee pain, hip pain and neck pain.

The Nervous System Reset 60 minutes $120
60-minute therapeutic session designed to shift your body out of stress mode and into a state of deep relaxation and restoration. The treatment focuses on slow, intentional techniques applied to the face, neck, scalp and upper body to calm your vagus nerve and support parasympathetic activation.
A weighted blanket is incorporated to create a sense of safety and grounding helping the body fully shift.
This session is ideal if you are feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, anxious or simply in need of an intentional rest.

TMJ Facial massage helps relieve TMJ pain, reduce muscle tension and spasms. improves circulation of the jaw and face, relieves jaw clenching and grinding and Enhances jaw mobility. This session is 45 minutes and uses gloved hands to reach deep jaw muscles.
